Instead of arguing over group text, a host can post a poll to the guest list. Pick a date, vote on a menu, or settle anything else that needs a group decision.

Multiple choice or open response

Polls can offer a fixed set of choices, or be open-response so guests can type their own answer. That's handy for something like "what should we name the potluck theme," where you don't want to pre-guess the options.

Results update as guests vote, on the event's planning page.
